Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces naan bread about 8 inches each
  • 2 cups cooked diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • Optional: 1/4 cup kalamata olives pitted and halved

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Combine olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl
  • Brush each naan bread with the garlic-oil mixture
  • Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan
  • Top with diced chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion
  • Sprinkle with feta cheese
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown
  • Garnish with fresh dill before serving

Notes

For crispier naan, prebake for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings
Drain tzatziki well to prevent soggy pizza
Can substitute rotisserie chicken for convenience
Store components separately if prepping ahead
