Cheese Crisps Base
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spinach Dip Flavor
- 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, chopped spinach, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
Scoop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon to form thin circles.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up further.
Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for later.
To keep crisps crunchy, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If they soften, reheat in the oven for a few minutes.
For an air fryer version, bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, checking frequently.
