Ingredients
  

Cheese Crisps Base

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Spinach Dip Flavor

  • 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, chopped spinach, cream cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
  • Scoop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon to form thin circles.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up further.
  • Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for later.

Notes

To keep crisps crunchy, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If they soften, reheat in the oven for a few minutes.
For an air fryer version, bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, checking frequently.
