- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups whole milk
- Zest of 1 lemon
For the Cream Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups fresh blueberries plus extra for topping
Make cake batter:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (5 minutes)

Alternate adding flour mixture and milk
