Peanut Butter Cup White Russian

Ingredients
  

Cocktail Mix

  • oz vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlúa or other coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • ½ oz chocolate syrup plus extra for drizzling
  • ¼ cup half-and-half or heavy cream
  • ice cubes

Garnish

  • chocolate shavings optional
  • mini peanut butter cups optional

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the peanut butter, Baileys, and a splash of the half-and-half. Shake vigorously until the peanut butter is well incorporated.
  • Add the vodka, Kahlúa, chocolate syrup, and remaining half-and-half to the shaker along with ice. Shake until well-chilled and combined, about 15-20 seconds.
  • Optional: Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a rocks glass for decoration.
  • Fill the rocks glass with fresh ice.
  • Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings and/or a mini peanut butter cup on the rim.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious Peanut Butter Cup White Russian!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use flavored vodka like vanilla or chocolate. This cocktail can also be blended with ice for a frozen treat.
