Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Noodles:

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Noodles:

  • In the same skillet, add chicken broth and milk, scraping up any browned bits for flavor.
  • Bring to a simmer, add the egg noodles, and stir occasionally. Cook for 8–10 minutes until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Create the Creamy Sauce:

  • Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Combine and Serve:Return the chicken to the skillet, placing it on top of the noodles. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
