For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Noodles:
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the Noodles:
In the same skillet, add chicken broth and milk, scraping up any browned bits for flavor.
Bring to a simmer, add the egg noodles, and stir occasionally. Cook for 8–10 minutes until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Create the Creamy Sauce:
Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Combine and Serve:Return the chicken to the skillet, placing it on top of the noodles. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
