Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl
  • Add peanut butter and mix until well combined
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth
  • Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls (about 1 tablespoon each)
  • Place on parchment-lined baking sheet
  • Freeze for 30 minutes
  • Melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals in microwave
  • Dip frozen balls in melted chocolate
  • Top with crushed peanuts
  • Refrigerate until set (about 15 minutes)

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for best results
Store in airtight container in refrigerator
