- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 2 tbsp key lime zest
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 oz white rum
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice
- 4 graham crackers crushed
- 2 tbsp honey for rim
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Additional lime slices and zest for garnish
Crush graham crackers finely and spread on a small plate
Brush glass rims with honey and dip in graham cracker crumbs
In a blender, combine softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth
Add key lime juice and zest, blend until incorporated
Pour in coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum, and vanilla extract
Blend until mixture is completely smooth
Add ice and blend until reaching desired consistency
Pour into prepared glasses
Top with whipped cream
