Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice
  • 2 tbsp key lime zest
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • 4 graham crackers crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey for rim
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Additional lime slices and zest for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Crush graham crackers finely and spread on a small plate
  • Brush glass rims with honey and dip in graham cracker crumbs
  • In a blender, combine softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth
  • Add key lime juice and zest, blend until incorporated
  • Pour in coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum, and vanilla extract
  • Blend until mixture is completely smooth
  • Add ice and blend until reaching desired consistency
  • Pour into prepared glasses
  • Top with whipped cream
  • Garnish with lime slices and zest

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature
Can be made non-alcoholic by omitting rum
Store base mixture without ice for up to 3 days
Use fresh key lime juice for authentic flavor
