2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 pepperoni slices (or other toppings of choice)

  • Cut Heart ShapesUse a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut hearts from the tortillas. Each tortilla can yield 2–3 hearts depending on the size of your cutter.
  • Prepare the BaseArrange the tortilla hearts on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush each piece with olive oil for a crispy finish.
  • Add Sauce and CheeseSpread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla heart. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  • Add ToppingsPlace 2–3 pepperoni slices or other toppings of your choice on each tortilla.
  • Bake the PizzasBake in the oven for 8–10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
