Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed green tea cooled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin or agar-agar for vegan option

Instructions
 

  • Brew the green tea and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Combine green tea, lemon juice, and grated ginger in a saucepan.
  • Add honey or maple syrup and gently heat the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Gradually sprinkle in the gelatin or agar-agar, stirring constantly to prevent clumping.
  • Continue heating on low for 5 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t boil.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined dish.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  • Remove from molds or slice into bite-sized pieces.

Servings: Approximately 20-25 chews
