Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices turkey deli meat
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Additional Fillings

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until well combined and smooth.
  • Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface and spread an even layer of the ranch cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
  • Place 2 slices of turkey on each tortilla, covering the cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with crumbled bacon.
  • Add the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cheddar cheese (if using) on top of the bacon layer.
  • Starting from one end, tightly roll up each tortilla, applying gentle pressure to keep the filling compact.
  • Wrap each roll-up tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing to ensure firm, clean cuts.
