Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 celery stalks finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped (optional)

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons pickle brine
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add cooled pasta to dressing and mix well.
  • Fold in pickles, onion, celery, dill, and eggs if using.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
