elbow macaroni

diced dill pickles

hard-boiled eggs

Dressing:

mayonnaise

cup
sour cream

tablespoons
pickle brine

tablespoons
Dijon mustard

garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Whisk together dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
Add cooled pasta to dressing and mix well.
Fold in pickles, onion, celery, dill, and eggs if using.
Season with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
