Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds potatoes Russet or Yukon Gold, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or parmesan
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 3 –4 tablespoons all-purpose flour or breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:

  • Boil the peeled and cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes).
  • Drain and mash until smooth. Add melted butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let cool slightly.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Stir in shredded cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Add flour or breadcrumbs gradually until the mixture is thick and holds its shape.

Shape the Puffs:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop small portions of the mixture, roll into balls, and place them on the baking sheet.
  • For extra crispiness, roll the puffs in breadcrumbs or grated cheese.

Bake:

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and slightly puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
