Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cut the top off bread bowl and hollow out inside, leaving 1-inch border
Melt butter and olive oil in large skillet over medium heat
Add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant (30 seconds)
Add shrimp, cook until pink (3-4 minutes)
Pour in white wine, reduce by half (2 minutes)
Add heavy cream, simmer (2-3 minutes)
Stir in half of both cheeses until melted
Season with salt and pepper
Transfer mixture to bread bowl
Top with remaining cheese
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden
