Ingredients
  

  • 1 large round sourdough bread bowl about 8 inches diameter
  • 1 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Cut the top off bread bowl and hollow out inside, leaving 1-inch border
  • Melt butter and olive oil in large skillet over medium heat
  • Add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant (30 seconds)
  • Add shrimp, cook until pink (3-4 minutes)
  • Pour in white wine, reduce by half (2 minutes)
  • Add heavy cream, simmer (2-3 minutes)
  • Stir in half of both cheeses until melted
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Transfer mixture to bread bowl
  • Top with remaining cheese
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden
