Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients required by the package

Cream Layer

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Toppings

  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • chocolate shavings optional
  • fresh berries optional
  • chopped nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Allow to cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cooled brownies.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cream layer.
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce in a decorative pattern across the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, add optional toppings like chocolate shavings, fresh berries, or chopped nuts.
  • Cut into squares and serve chilled.
