Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Extra butter for greasing

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • Combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, whisk until just combined
  • Let batter rest 10 minutes
  • Heat griddle over medium heat, grease with butter
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake
  • Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes)
  • Flip and cook until golden (1-2 minutes)
