- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Extra butter for greasing
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, whisk until just combined
Let batter rest 10 minutes
Heat griddle over medium heat, grease with butter
Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake
Cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes)
Flip and cook until golden (1-2 minutes)
