Ingredients

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, such as almond, oat, or coconut)

1 chamomile tea bag or 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers

12 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

 Prepare the Milk Base

Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it starts to steam but does not boil.

Add the chamomile tea bag or dried chamomile flowers directly into the milk.

 Infuse the Chamomile

Let the chamomile steep in the warm milk for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally for even flavor infusion.

Remove the tea bag or strain out the dried flowers.

 Sweeten and Flavor

Stir in honey and vanilla extract until fully dissolved. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.

 Froth the Milk (Optional)

Use a milk frother or whisk to create a light foam. This adds a luxurious touch to the latte.

 Serve and Garnish

Pour the latte into a mug.

Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top for a comforting aroma and flavor.
